WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER ?

You will receive confirmation by e-mail at the address you gave when you placed your order. If all the products in your order are available, your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible by the service of your choice.

I WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THIS ?

If you have already paid but the order has not yet been dispatched, you have a few hours to contact us by telephone so that we can cancel your order. If your order has already been dispatched, you have 30 working days from the date of delivery to cancel your order.

HOW DO I GET AN INVOICE ?

You can have an invoice sent to the billing address (and not the delivery address) by validating the option provided for this purpose when placing your order online.

IS ONLINE PAYMENT SECURE ?

World-iTech allows you to pay online in a totally secure way. Payment is made via PayPal's secure servers. None of your banking information is transmitted on our site. What's more, the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol enables you to transmit your card details in complete security. Your credit card details are encrypted using SSL protocol and are invisible on the web. Payment is made directly to PayPal.World-iTech has no access whatsoever to this data, and does not keep it. This is why you will be asked to provide it again each time you make a new transaction on our site.

MY PAYMENT HAS BEEN REFUSED WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

If your credit card payment has been refused, you can contact us as soon as possible by e-mail (stating your order number) or by telephone. We will then arrange another method of payment with you: Paypal or bank transfer.

I DON'T LIVE IN METROPOLITAN FRANCE, CAN I ORDER FROM YOUR SHOP ?

World-iTech uses the services of La Poste, Colissimo and Chronopost, which undertake to deliver to Metropolitan France, Europe and certain North American countries. However, countries outside mainland France are subject to a special price scale.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH AN ITEM ?

World-iTech is not the producer of the products presented on the site. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a defect in the product, only the liability of the producer of the latter may be sought by the consumer, on the basis of the information appearing on the packaging of the said product. The conditions and duration of the producer's guarantee are indicated on the product sheets.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY TIMES ?

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier selected when the order was placed and the delivery zone. However, the maximum delivery time is generally less than 48 hours.

WHEN IS MY PAYMENT CASHED ?

If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be dispatched as soon as we receive your payment (please allow 48 hours for bank processing). If you pay by credit card, your order will be dispatched once the bank has received and validated your payment. The order will be prepared the same day if it is placed before 3pm (excluding working days). If the product ordered is unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option of cancelling your order. You will then have the choice of requesting a refund of the sums paid (within 30 days of their payment), or an exchange of the product.
