The company SARL WORLD ITECH (hereinafter referred to as "WORLD ITECH") is a limited liability companyWorld-iTech.com"), whose registered office is at Allée du Calvaire 77115 Blandy, identified under the number SIRET :834030405 00049 (hereinafter referred to as "World iTech"). All orders placed on the site are subject to these general terms and conditions of sale. World iTech reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Rule no. 1: The Customer

The Customer declares that he/she is a natural person of at least 18 years of age and has the legal capacity or parental authorisation to place an order on the site. When registering the Customer's personal details in the "my account" section, the Customer must ensure that the mandatory details provided are accurate and complete. In case of error in the address of the recipient, the Company World-iTech can not be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product. The Company World-iTech reserves the right to cancel any order when the IP address of the customer will be domiciled in a country different from the billing address and / or delivery.

Rule no. 2: Products

The products offered for sale are those described on the Site. World-iTech takes the utmost care in the presentation and description of these products to best inform the Customer. However, it is possible that non-substantial errors may appear on the Site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. In any event, in case of non-conformity of the product delivered in relation to its description on the Site, the Customer may implement the guarantee of compliance of the Company World-iTech which will proceed, where appropriate, either to exchange or refund the price (in whole or in part) possibly charged.

Rule no. 3: Ordering

Placing an order on the Site is subject to compliance with the procedure established by the World-iTech Company, which consists of a succession of different steps that the customer must follow in order to validate the order. The Customer will have the opportunity, before definitively confirming his/her order, to check the details of the order and its total price, and to correct any errors, before confirming the order to express his/her acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a contract of sale and acceptance of all the stipulations herein.

World-iTech will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who contravenes the provisions hereof.

In this case, the Company World-iTech will inform the Customer by e-mail. Failing for the customer to proceed with the Company World-iTech correction of erroneous or contrary to these terms and conditions of sale, the Company World-iTech reserves the right not to process the order.

A confirmation email summarizing the order (products, price, product availability, quantity ...) will be sent to the customer by the Company World-iTech. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of electronic mail for confirmation by the Company World-iTech of the contents of his order. In any event, invoices are issued upon delivery.

Rule no. 4: Prices and terms of payment

1. Determining the price

Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes but excluding delivery charges.
The total price of the order (including all taxes and delivery costs) is indicated in the cart.

World-iTech reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but the products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is registered, subject to availability.

2. Terms of payment

Products are payable in cash on the day the order is placed.

Payment for purchases can be made either by :

  • Credit card the Customer accesses a dedicated space provided by a banking institution, which ensures the security and recording of the payment order. In this respect, the Customer expressly acknowledges that the communication of its bank card number to the World-iTech Company constitutes authorisation to debit its account up to the amount of the products ordered.
  • Bank card 3X 4X with charges : Pay for your order in 3 or 4 instalments by credit card from €100 up to €3000 with Oney Bank.

  • Paypal :The Customer has access to a dedicated area provided by Paypal, they enter their Paypal email address and their PIN code, then confirm the payment.

3. The data recorded and stored by the Company World-iTech constitute proof of the order and all transactions. The data recorded by the payment system constitute proof of financial transactions.

Rule 5: Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the customer, it being specified that this must be the customer's home address or that of any other natural person of their choice domiciled in Europe or America.

The customer's order may be sent in several packages.

Delivery cannot be made to hotels or post office boxes.

In order for these deadlines to be met, the customer must ensure that they have provided accurate and complete information concerning the delivery address (such as, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.).

The times indicated are indicative times, corresponding to average processing and delivery times.
The Company World-iTech can not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery not being its fault.

For a parcel delivered to a letterbox without a signature, if the box arrives in poor condition due to poor handling during delivery, you have 72 hours to make a claim at your nearest post office and provide us with proof of claim. We will then send you the same item(s) in good condition.

For a parcel delivered by hand or at a relay point, if the packaging is damaged or open, you must open the parcel in front of the delivery person to check the condition of the products and make sure that nothing is missing.
You can refuse the parcel if any products are damaged or missing, or accept the parcel by making reservations on the delivery note provided for this purpose. Your reservations must be precise, complete, dated and signed. They must enable us to determine the nature of the damaged goods, the number of items involved and the extent of the damage.

In the event of late delivery, only Chronopost Express offers 50% compensation. Except in cases of force majeure (strikes, terrorist attacks, pandemics, snow/ice storms and the Christmas period). More information on Chronopost's terms and conditions of sale.

If a parcel is refused, the carrier will charge a return fee which will be deducted from the price of the order.

Rule no. 6: Right of withdrawal

Individual Customers have a right of withdrawal, which they may exercise without giving any reason, within thirty (30) clear days of delivery of the order, by returning the new products at their own expense (in their original packaging, with the protective film intact and without any traces of use), together with the order number, to the following address:

The Company World-iTech will reimburse the Client for any sums already paid under the conditions set out in the following Article 7.

Rule no. 7: Refunds

Refunds of products in the cases referred to in Article II and VI will be made by the Company World-iTech within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt by it of such products. The refund will be made using the same method of payment chosen by the customer at the time of ordering. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For customers with a business account, the restocking fee is 15% of the value of the returned product(s).

Rule no. 8: Applicable law

All orders automatically imply the customer's acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
In the event of any difficulty or complaint regarding an order, the customer may contact Customer Services to find an amicable solution.

Rule no. 9: Information technology and civil liberties

The information collected by the Company World-iTech during an order from the customer is necessary for the management of the transaction and to this end may be communicated in whole or in part to service providers of the Company World-iTech involved in the execution of the order. The customer is informed that the same personal data may also be collected by an organisation responsible for analysing orders and combating credit card fraud. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data concerning him or her.

Rule 10: Satisfied or your money back

The customer has 30 days from receipt of the products to return those that are unsuitable for a refund. Products must be in new (unused) condition.
