Shipping your parcel:

We deliver worldwide (Europe, America, Africa, etc.).

Items are shipped the same day if ordered before 3pm (Monday to Friday) after receipt of your payment. Here are the shipping methods:

  • Tracked letter, delivered within 48-72 hours without signature, with tracking number, without insurance against breakage or loss (delivery times are generally observed but NOT GUARANTEED): from €3.50 including VAT
  • Colissimo to a Pickup point, delivered within 48 hours with tracking number, without insurance (delivery time GUARANTEED). £6 including VAT
  • Colissimo home delivery without signature, delivered within 48 hours with tracking number and without insurance (GUARANTEED delivery time). €7 including VAT
  • Colissimo home delivery with signature, delivered within 48 hours with tracking number and insurance (GUARANTEED delivery times). £8.50 including VAT
  • Chronopost, delivered within 24 hours with signature and insurance (GUARANTEED delivery time OR SHIPPING COSTS REFUNDED*) from £9.90 including VAT

Postage costs are free in mainland France for purchases over £39.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They may include a fixed portion and a variable portion depending on the price or weight of your order. We recommend that you group your purchases into a single order. We cannot group two separate orders, and you will be required to pay shipping costs for each of them.

Refusal of the parcel:

If you change your mind between the time the parcel is dispatched and when you receive it, you can refuse it, but the carrier will charge us a return fee, which will be re-invoiced to you.

The parcel arrived damaged or open, what should I do?

For parcels delivered to your letterbox without a signature, if the box arrives in poor condition due to mishandling during delivery, you have 72 hours to file a claim with your nearest post office and then provide us with proof of the claim. We will then send you the same item(s) in good condition.

For parcels delivered by hand or to a collection point, if the packaging is damaged or open, you must open the parcel in front of the delivery person to check the condition of the products and ensure that nothing is missing.
You can refuse the parcel if any products are damaged/missing, or accept the parcel by making a note of your reservations on the delivery note provided for this purpose. Your reservations must be precise, complete, dated and signed. They must enable us to determine the nature of the damaged goods, the number of items concerned and the extent of the damage.
