Repair

With the free Tool Kit, screen replacement is estimated to take 15 minutes and requires no specialist knowledge. Go to the tutorial video tab to follow the steps for replacing the screen.

If you wish to retain Face ID functionality, it is essential to remove the proximity/light sensor flex Cable from your old screen and fit it to the new screen.

PLEASE NOTE: although this is a genuine Apple screen, a message stating ‘unknown part’ will appear when you install the screen on your iPhone 12 / 12 Pro. For further information, please read this article on messages that may appear after a screen replacement.

The Official iPhone 12 / 12 Pro screen is covered by a lifetime warranty, excluding:

  • Flex Cable Tears
  • Damaged connector
  • Any other damage caused during the fitting of the screen.
