The touchscreen glass of the Z Flip 4 cannot be separated from the AMOLED display as they are glued together at the factory.
- The touchscreen glass is cracked/broken/shattered/scratched.
- The Z Flip 4 has fallen into water or been exposed to moisture.
- The Z Flip 4 screen has display defects (spots/lines/dead pixels).
- The Z Flip 4 no longer displays an image even though the phone vibrates or rings.
- The Samsung Z Flip 4 touchscreen is unresponsive or very unresponsive.
- The screen brightness of the Z Flip 4 is low or unstable.

Samsung Z Flip 4 repair:
With the tool kit provided, screen replacement is estimated to take 60 minutes.
Please note that the screen without a bezel is for experienced repairers only. If it is positioned incorrectly, there will be display problems. For novice repairers, we recommend using a screen with a bezel.
Warranty and returns:
The screen must be tested before gluing it in place, and the protective film must be removed after checking that everything is working properly (display, touchscreen, etc.).
Once the screen has been glued to the frame, Samsung no longer guarantees the product.
Returns are accepted provided that the product is in new condition, with its protective films still attached and in its original box.
