- The touchscreen glass is cracked / shattered / broken / scratched.
- The screen has display faults (spots / lines / dead pixels) or no longer displays anything at all (black screen).
- The screen or phone has been exposed to water or moisture.
- The touchscreen is unresponsive or very unresponsive.
- The screen brightness is low or unstable

The Repair:
With the free Tool Kit, screen replacement takes an estimated 20 minutes and requires no special knowledge.
You will need to remove the flex Cable from your old screen, including the loudspeaker, microphone and sensors
Replacing the screen does not affect Face ID functionality.
We recommend replacing the seal between the screen and the phone’s chassis (not supplied with the screen but available here).

In the event of a display or touchscreen fault, the screen will be promptly replaced with a new one.
