Repair

With the free Tool Kit, screen replacement is estimated to take 15 minutes and requires no specialist knowledge. Go to the tutorial video tab to follow the steps for replacing the screen.

PLEASE NOTE: although this is a genuine Apple screen, a message stating ‘unknown part’ will appear when you install the screen on your iPhone 15 Plus. For more information, please read this article on messages that appear after a screen replacement.

Warranty

The Official iPhone 15 Plus screen is covered by a lifetime warranty, excluding:

• Breakage
• Signs of a fall
• Deep scratches
• Oxidation
• Flex Cable Tears
• Damaged connector
• Any other damage caused during the fitting of the screen.

In the event of a problem with the display or touchscreen, the screen will be replaced.
