The compatible replacement screen for the iPhone 6 Plus has a resolution of 1920 x 180 pixels at 401 ppi and consists of:
- Black front touchscreen glass
- The 5.5-inch diagonal Retina LCD display
- The chassis, fitted using cold-glueation (cannot be peeled off)
- The dust filter
- Mounts for the FaceTime camera and the ambient light/proximity sensor
- A FREE kit for repairing 8-toolss
The touchscreen glass is integral to the Retina LCD display as they are bonded together at the factory.

With the ‘free Tool Kit’, screen replacement takes an estimated 20 minutes and requires no specialist knowledge.
You will need to remove several components from your old screen:
- The FaceTime camera / proximity sensor
- The call-loudspeaker
- The metal plate on the back of the LCD
- The Home button
Replacing the screen does not affect the use of Touch ID (fingerprint recognition).
