Flex Cable An originalt that attaches to the screen and connects the FaceTime camera, proximity sensor, ambient microphone and internal loudspeaker (the one used for calls) to the iPhone 6S’s motherboard. You will need to replace this part if you experience the following symptoms:
- the FaceTime app will no longer open
- the camera is out of focus or no longer focuses
- the screen no longer goes to sleep during a call
