The screen must be tested before sticking the back glass in place. The protective film must be removed after completing the repair and checking that everything is working properly (display, touchscreen, etc.).
We guarantee the Samsung S23+ screen for 2 years (excluding impact damage, incorrect assembly, oxidation and significant wear and tear). The product will be sent to Samsung to determine the problem.
Returns are accepted provided that the product is in new condition, with its protective films still attached and in its original box.
