The screen must be tested before gluing it in place, and the protective film must be removed after checking that everything is working correctly (display, touchscreen, etc.).
Once the screen has been glued to the frame, Samsung no longer guarantees the product.
Returns are accepted provided that the product is in new condition, with its protective films still attached and in its original box.
