Repairing the Samsung Z Flip 5:
With the ‘free Tool Kit’, screen replacement is estimated to take 60 minutes.
Please note: the screen without a bezel is very fragile and is intended for use by experienced repairers only; if positioned incorrectly, display issues will occur. For novice repairers, we recommend using a screen with a bezel.
Warranty and returns:
The screen must be tested before it is glued in place; the protective film must be removed only after checking that everything is working correctly (display, touchscreen, etc.).
Once the screen has been bonded to the chassis, Samsung will no longer honour the product warranty.
Returns are accepted provided the product is in new condition, with its protective films still intact and in its original original box.
