The Z Flip 7’s touchscreen glass is integral to the AMOLED display as they are bonded together at the factory.
- The touchscreen glass is cracked / shattered / broken / scratched.
- The Z Flip 7 has fallen into water or been exposed to moisture.
- The Z Flip 7 screen has display faults (spots / lines / dead pixels).
- The Z Flip 7 no longer displays an image, even though the phone vibrates or rings.
- The touchscreen on the Samsung Z Flip 7 is unresponsive or very unresponsive.
- The screen brightness on the Z Flip 7 is low or unstable.

Repairing the Samsung Z Flip 7:
With the ‘free Tool Kit’, the screen replacement is estimated to take 60 minutes. We recommend replacing the screen adhesives and plastic bezels.
Please note: the screen without the bezel is intended for experienced repairers only; if it is not positioned correctly, display issues will occur. For novice repairers, we recommend using a screen with the bezel.
Warranty and returns:
The screen must be tested before it is glued in place; the protective film must be removed only after checking that everything is working correctly (display, touchscreen, etc.).
Once the screen has been bonded to the frame, Samsung will no longer honour the product warranty.
Returns are accepted provided the product is in new condition, with its protective films still intact and in its original original box.
