What happens after I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided when placing your order. If all the products in your order are available, your order will be shipped as soon as possible using the delivery service you selected.
I would like to cancel my order. How do I do this?
If you have already made the payment but the order has not yet been shipped, you have a maximum of 24 hours to contact us by telephone so that we can cancel your order. If your order has already been shipped, you have a withdrawal period of 7 working days from the date of delivery of the order.
How do I obtain an invoice?
You can have an invoice sent to your billing address (not your delivery address) by selecting the option provided for this purpose when placing your order online.
Is online payment secure?
World-iTech allows you to pay online in a completely secure manner. Payment is made on PayPal's secure servers. None of your banking information is transmitted through our site. In addition, the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol allows you to securely transmit your card information. Your credit card details are encrypted using the SSL protocol and are invisible on the web. Payment is made directly to PayPal.World-iTech. We do not have access to this data and do not store it. This is why you are asked to re-enter your details for each new transaction on our site.
My payment has been declined. What should I do?
If your credit card payment has been declined, please contact us as soon as possible by email (specifying your order number) or by telephone. We will arrange another payment method with you: cheque or bank transfer.
I do not live in mainland France. Can I still order from your shop?
World-iTech uses the services of La Poste, Colissimo and Chronopost, which deliver to mainland France, Europe and certain countries in North America. However, countries outside mainland France are subject to a special pricing structure.
What should I do if I have a problem with an item?
World-iTech is not the manufacturer of the products presented on the website. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a product defect, only the manufacturer of the product may be held liable by the consumer, based on the information on the product packaging. The terms and duration of the manufacturer's warranty are indicated on the product pages.
What are your delivery times?
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier selected when ordering and the delivery area. However, the maximum delivery time is generally less than 48 hours.
When will my payment be taken?
For payments by cheque, your order will be dispatched after receipt and cashing of the cheque (the time taken to deliver the cheque depends on the postal service). For payments by bank transfer, your order will be dispatched upon receipt of payment in the account (allow 48 hours for bank processing). For payments by credit card, your order will be dispatched after receipt and validation of payment by the bank. In addition, the order will be processed within 3 days of placing your order. If the product you have ordered is unavailable, you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option to cancel your order. You will then have the choice of requesting a refund (within 30 days of payment) or exchanging the product.
I have a discount code, how can I use it?
